The Wildlife Licensing Unit is responsible for
- Administration of the system of licensing under the Wildlife Acts and the European Communities (Birds and Natural Habitats) Regulations 2011.
- Liaising with Chief State Solicitors Office on prosecution cases taken under the Wildlife Acts.
