Wicklow Mountains National Park: Art Classes, Fridays in August 2019

We have scheduled a number of art classes over August. If you are new to art or have some experience come and give it a go. No prior experience is required. Come and be guided by Eleanor, our ‘artist in residence’. The art class will start with a short stroll within Glendalough sketching and taking notes. We will then translate our experiences into works of art. Participants are asked to bring their own art materials, raingear and walking shoes.

Where: Meet at the Education Centre, Miners’ Road, Glendalough

When: Fridays in August: 9th 16th 23rd & 30th @11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Practicalities: This event is suitable for Adults and children over 14 years of age. This event is free of charge but please be aware that the Upper Lake car park (Wicklow County Council) has a €4 charge for car parking. Please leave your dog at home.
