Wexford Wildfowl Reserve: Dawn Walk for Goose Week 2019

A dawn walk to see the Greenland White-fronted Geese rise from their roost. We meet at 5am at the Raven car park and walk down to the Raven Point (approx. 50 mins) in time to see the geese fly out from their roost to feed on the Slob.
Where: Raven Nature Reserve, Wexford
When: Saturday 26th October, 5am to 9am
Practicalities: Walking boots and all weather clothing are required. Adults and children over 10 years old. Torches are recommended as we will set off before first light. This event is weather dependent. Advance booking is essential.
This event is organised by education staff based at Wexford Wildfowl Reserve who are employed by the National Parks & Wildlife Service under the aegis of Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
